Very poor to no shipping, and low communications skills with customers

Hello Folks!

I recommended this company to a friend to purchase one of their advertized products. Well she purchased the product, at least they relieved her of approx $ 358.00 USD on Frebruary 26th of 2012.

On their website they boast a 10 max shipping window with most arriving well before 10 days. This is a total lie! They do not even respond to sales inquiries. She has emailed them to request her order status, to no avail. At her request, I emailed them giving them the electronic transaction number and invoice number in the link to their sales support, and webmaster. That was last week, still haven't heard anything from them. It is April 1st tomorrow and over a month later, no communication from them, nor was any product delivered. Beware of companies like these! I deal mostly with Amazon and have become accustom to their level of customer service. Big contrast with a tiny internet based company that takes the funds immediately from you, and is sluggish, if at all delivers their products.
