So, after several conversations with this company, I decided to tell my sister about them. She has a Samsung Epic 4G and wanted to put it on Straight Talk (Verizon platform). After confirming with them that they can do it, she sent off the phone.
After 2 weeks of promising to get the phone back, she finally sees a shipping confirmation in paypal. She was so excited to get her phone back. When she tries the phone, it doesn't connect and says roaming. She gives me the phone and I look at the "about phone" section and low and behold, her old sprint settings are there along with her old phone number. So, after having her phone for 2 weeks, they didn't flash the phone but instead, just sent her phone back to her. So, they kept the donor phone, took her money, and didn't do anything to her phone.
She's trying to get in touch with them but they aren't answering the phone nor on icq, even though, they say they're on icq 24/7.
If you decide to do business with them, good luck. For us, we've learned a valuable lesson.
