Ezstudio, Beststudio
Ripoff they sent me wrong item, after I returned it never got any refund

Hi,
I bought an item on eBay from a seller with eBay ID beststudio who has a store on eBay called Ezstudio and the item number was 4303861384.
The seller said in the auction that this monitor has Built-in infrared illumination for Night Vision surveillance and when I received it I found that was not correct, so I contacted him and he told me to send it back, I did and the tracking number for the shipping back to him is:

After that I received one email from him saying I will check it for you that was the last time I received any thing from him, I have sent him 3 emails, and still waiting. So far I paid $119 (for item) $15 (S&H) $8 (To return it) = $142. I never got refund or any thing from them.

I'm not the only one complained about that the auction was not correct.
