I purchased an electronic medical records system for my office from Petra for $12,900.00 and an additional $25,000.00 in computer equipment to go with the system. This price included work that was to be downloaded from Petra's office to my computers. After they downloaded they needed information they were to train my staff on using the equipment. Only a very small portion of information was downloaded to my computers, most of which happened while the trainer was at my office.
The trainer spent approximately an hour training my staff. This equipment is not useable. Petra's President Jeff Evoy refuses to make the system useable and also refuses to refund my money. I am told by a former employee of Petra that they are not viable, they have let go of most of their staff because they cannot afford to pay them and stand in line to sue them. BEWARE of this company. They give scammers and rip-offs a new level of low.
