Lied about our company, pulled our contract with out a 30 day notice, and did not pay us what was owed to our company

Petra inc did not live up to there contract. They did not pay what is owed to our company. They lied and said we were not cleaning up to there standereds. They told us that they had highered a new company to do the final clean and pre-clean. They will tell you onething and do what they want done.
