I hate sony. I've two Sony Grand Wega 60" Rp Televisionis KDF-60XS955 and KDS R60XBR1. They charge me only under $10,000. After 6 decades of sunshine use, equally gentle motors have gone bad. Sony includes a known issue with one of these visual blocks and sony technicians cannot look for a means to fix the issue therefore it does not reoccur. Sonys answer for my issue was to provide me an upgraded KDL-60EX720 for 1,475 plus tax to get a Television thats on the web for 1,900. Therefore essentially sony is providing me a 425 bucks discount towards a brand new Television after I've previously spent almost 10,000 in two TVs which are no further repairable. I actually donot believe thats really reasonable. Sonyis resolved with others, providing them with exactly the same alternative presents for 700 or less. Why might commit 1,500 on Sony Television once the additional two were not up the standard. If Sony is hearing the function identification is E536-43329
