I received a Cuisinart Coffee maker DGB-300 in January as a gift... Today I called for support on this product. I was first not allowed to complete a sentence, then hung up on several times. I called the HQ in Stamford, who had a support person call me back... They never once offered to go over how to operate this product, instead said the product was out of warranty (warranty on site says 3 years, go figure) and said they would be willing to offer a replacement at a discount rate... What kind of ripoff is this.
