I purchased a laser pointer from this company and it didn't work from the moment I received it. I emailed the company but it took a very long time for them to answer after an automated response. The person emailing me back said they are sorry it doesn't work but I should check the batter. As if it's something I didn't do, I had done that no thanks to them.
I have tried contacting them over and over again with no response.
This company is NOT based in Brooklyn, NY as stated in their website. It is in China. I tried calling several times to a number with an area code that is not based in Brooklyn, NY and all I get is a message in hard-to-understand English saying they are not available. I lived in that area all my life and know it very well. I sent a family member to check the company out since I am not in Brooklyn anymore and they could not find the company.
