I put a service plan on my cell phone from straight talk, and added a second. But what they didn't say that the second need to be put on reserve so when the frist one runs out the second will start. So i thought "no big deal". Ill call and ask if they can fix it. But when i did, they said "there is nothing they can do to restore my 1st service plan" So now i'm out a 30 dollar card. May not sound like alot but when you add it up with other people that have had this happen its a lot. They should be able to fix stuff like that. But they choose not to. I don't like being scammed
