Gonna make this as short as possable. BigOnDigi is a company that provides wholesale products. That's it. They have the worst customer service (by opinion only) I have seen. This is due to many reasons from my dealings with them.

I looked at another complaint after ordering well over a few thousand dollers of items with this company and got really concerned. I thought it was just some pissed off customer that was venting to no end. For the most part I was correct to assume that the rant session was not accurate.

On the other hand the rebuttal from the company was not too pleasing. He stated the customers name many times (strike one). He typed it in all caps (strike two). There was also alot of attitude from the reply (your out). I picked up the phone and waited on hold for customer service at Bigondigi.com for about 15min (this was the norm). I spoke to an unnamed person and asked the status of my order. I was told It was not shipped but being prossesed. I asked for it to be cancelled and the fun started. I was told that I needed to pay a 10% prossesing fee for it to be canceld. Thats alot of money I thought so I played along. I told her to go ahead and send it.

So here I wait on week 2 with no tracking # and my money gone with product that I think is on its way but not sure. Before I will go on I will show you all some of the thing on there web site.

All returns must be in the manufacturer's original box, inside of an additional box to ship. Returns must be authorized by Big On Digital. The customer will need to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA) number from our customer service department, as well as instructions on shipping before shipping the items back. Original receipt must be enclosed with the return.in addition, we need a letter of explanation on why you are returning your item. We request that you never write on the manufacturer's box. If the manufacturer's box is written on, the package will be refused., and sent back to the customer with additional shipping chargers, as well as the restocking fee.

The item (s) must be returned in unopened condition within 10 days. Opened packages will be subject to a minimum restocking fee of 15%.

Returns on non defective opened merchandise will be subject to a 15% restocking fee if they are opened.

Unless you are returning a defective product for exchange, you will be responsible for a 10% processing fee.

(Basically you get charged if you have a problem with them)

Shipping and handling is not refundable. *

Extended warranties are not refundable. *

We do not offer returns on any TVs or Laptops. *

(Hrmm so much for that nice refund ad they are happy to show you)

We do not ship to alternate shipping addresses. This means that you must ship to the same address as you are billing. The order must be confirmed at the telephone number that is on the credit card holder's file, with the issuing bank.

(Not a good place to go when shipping a gift)

Ok. So this is a few of many things that caught my attention. First of all do ever expect to call in an order without being hassled by a sales person almost forcing you to buy one of there warranties. Try this by computer and guess what? You have to call sales to conferm the order and get hassled. This for many may not be a big deal.

They also tell you that it takes 7 to 14 days to get your order. They don't mention you dont get a tracking# till 1 week after it ships. This means that for 2 weeks you are guessing at what is going on and you also get charged the second the item ships from them. Dont bother with the my account option on the web sight. This never gets updated at all. THis track my order icon sends you to my account witch is useless. Thies are all small things really when looking at the big picture.

The web site is of bad design with no support.
You get jacked by a sales rep. You get jacked by customer service and the normal run around is a pluss. My advice is find another company that has their customers in mind when they sell items.

Just remember this one one persons opinion and problems. Some people may not have this issue. Just don't expect much.
