I bought a Cyberhome DVD Recorder 1600MU at the local Bestbuy but it started giving Disk Error on every DVD disk I tried to record.
The support people offered me a firmwire update, but the DVD-Recorder would not read such disk.
They asked me to send the item back for repairs and it was within the warrantee period. I sent the item and got a confirmation from USPS.
Since then, the e-mails are rejected by the company as non-existant address, and the phone system just takes you through menus after menus with no option to leave a message or call back.
I think, this company is a rip-off operation, and nobody should buy such faulty products.
