I thought I would respond to a flyer I received for local computer repair. How careless of me to think a store claiming to do computer repair actually offered the service. I called several times, no answer then I thought let me stop by there, they're closed.
I finally stopped by another day when I was in the area, explained a simple problem. I needed a hardware item ordered. It took over a week to receive the part, only to be told I didnt need it.
The owner seemed lost and confused as though he had never seen a computer before. I must admit I normally dont patronize new businesses unless I research the company. Guess I slipped up. The owner Ken is an idiot moron who couldnt tell a motherboard from a keybord. Dont wait your time going to this place. Ignornat sales and lack of professionionalism in business standards. Run as fast as you can; I have a feeling they wont be there for long. If you receive a flyer from this business, toss it.
