Marty, of Holiday TV & Electronics came to the house and took our 40" Plasma TV apart, then stated it needed a new board which he could install. Would take 2 weeks to get. After many phone calls he never returned and never heard from him again. Paid him $105.00 half the cost. Got taken. What can we do to get this scam artist off the streets
