After buying a toy helicopter for $64... Took it home and it didn't work. Brought it back to the Avenue Mall kiosk RC Helicopters 2 and they repaired it... Brought it home... Didn't work... Tail rotor fell off... Took it back and they said no refund, but would repair it in a few days. Went back 2 weeks later and the salesman found it under the cash register, untouched! Would not give me a replacement (7 day warranty... I said it should be 7 days from the time it actually works...) or refund.
Would not give me name of owner, but did call the manager after about 25 minutes of me listening to him re explain the no refund policy, like I was an idiot. Couldn't understand either of them because of their strong accent. But basically they treated me like I was stupid. I explained to them that they were practicing poor business/customer relations and that I would spread the word on how I was treated.
