I brought a sprint phone last year and was on a month to month basic because of a stroke i had and never knew what would happen. I always paid my bill, so I didn't have and outstanding bill. Well I received a bill for $234.00 and called them and was told I it was put in collections.
Well when they looked up my records they saw I was telling the truth. They released that bill so my balance is 0. But because of collections mistake I'm being punished and can't get my phone on with out giving them 250.00. On top of this I paid 200.00 for the phone and was told I cant get the rebate promised, because sprint put in collections and underwrite.
