First order the 7" Android Netbook with extra memory on 11.26.2011. I thought it was going to be a neat little combo item that I could use as a computer for email etc, and as an ebook reader. The price was right.
It took over three weeks to get it, and it only held a charge for 15 minutes after being charged all night. Would not connect to the internet, thought it was a phone and kept asking me to click Menu when there wasn't a Menu option. I took it to work and asked some of my techie friends to look at it and they didn't have a clue. I did get an
RMA, and filled out all the paper work which I included in the return box. I asked them to replace it with the Windows version in a Red as I had gotten a Kindle for Christmas as a present and no longer needed to use it as an ereader. Today I got the return and it is the same thing I returned. Another Android version in black. I don't know what to do,
and originally was not aware of so many complaints. Never would have ordered if I had known. I hate to have to spend more money to return it and will lose 25% for restocking. Not a good lesson learned.
