On %t 6_ 2011 I met Bill Farhood of BF Datacomm to discuss installing camera equipment in my building. My primary interest and focus of the scope of work was an HD streaming webcam on the roof of the building with sound. This camera was intended to be mounted on the roof of the building such that it could see the side of the structure where an artist will be painting a giant mural, and also the surrounding neighborhood. I also had marginal interest in upgrading some security cameras in the building.
Mr. Farhood was confident in his abilities to do the job and began right away. He did not provide me with a written estimate, he did not at any point indicate to me what he was spending and what the bill was. He started installing security cameras and after several weeks the "roof cam" still did not seem to be moving forward. I asked him to cease and desist all work on the security cameras as they were secondary, and to focus on the main roof camera.
