Don't get caught in their lies!

Lets start at the beginning... I signed up with Worldcom Wireless with the 250 anytime minutes regional advantage plan in Jan. I did not recieve my first bill until May, 4 months later. The bills were spaced 2 weeks apart to make up for the company's "lateness." Upon recieval of every bill I would be charged erroneous fees—long distance fees toward my calling in my local home area.initally, the company would waive the fees and set me on my way. Of course, I would ask why these fees were applied, if there was any way to fix the problem, and no one had an answer. Every bill (about 2x per month) I would wait on the phone for about 45 min to get ahold of a customer service rep in order to square away my bill. At one time I was forwarded to a tech. To "fix" my phone, so I wouldn't wrongly be charged long distance anymore. The tech told me that I needed a new phone number, and transferred me to another tech, who conveniently hung up on me.
The last bill I recieved was $275.66 for one month of service. I was dumbfounded! My monthy fee was 29.99, airtime charge (notice that this is a double charge when combined with long distance) 111.60, long distance 87.00, roamer (my phone was never on roam) 25.77, and optional features (what is this?) 9.99. As you can see I was not charged the "flat" rate of 15 cents a minute for long distance, due to the airtime fee that is applied. Therefore, I have been charged about 45 cents or more a minute for every one of my calls, no matter if they were placed in my home local calling area.
When I called about this bill, It took 15 callbacks to get on hold with the service rep. Then, I was on hold for 45 minutes to find my charges were all "legitimate." The rep so rudely stated that the last rep I had spoken with had written a note on my account that I was not to be credited back any more money since the last rep had read me my plan stipulations. This had NOT happened, I understood nothing about my plan, I have been given the runaround for 9 months. Apparently, I have no "local" area, I am charged long distance wherever I call, wherever I am. And, the roaming charged are "legit", since "the call may transfer to roam and your phone may not say roam." Needless to say I was very frusterated and upset that I would have to pay these outlandish fees. The rep stated "I can't do anything." I guess that is worldcom's motto, "I can't and I won't."
In summary:
1. Worldcom NEVER told me that I didn't have a home calling area, and all of my call would cost me about 45 cents a minute (I found out 9 months later).
2. Worldcom never had an answer when I accosted them about my erroneous airtime, long distance and roamer charges.
3. I was told I "needed a new number" and then hung up on.
4. You can never get ahold of a customer service rep. Either you get a message that says "call again later, " or you are on hold for a minimum of 45 minutes.
5. The reps are rude and ignorant, they don't care about you, they won't listen to you, they interrupt you.
6. The reps and supervisor told me "I can't do anything." (A person can always do something.)
7. Don't ever sign up with worldcom, they will lie and steal from you, this is a horrible company!!!
