The worst customer service imaginable!

This company sucks! I regret staying with them for so long. They have the worst customer service ever! I ordered one of their modems a few months back and somehow it ended up getting delivered my former address! After taking it up with both the delivery company and Cricket, nobody was willing to fix the problem.

Even though Cricket had already charged me, they refused to reimburse or send me another modem to my new address. I decided to dispute the charge with my credit card company, however, I liked my phone and had never had any problems with them before so I kept my service active.

Fast forward a few months. I pay my PHONE bill as usual and they still decide to discontinue my service! The only thing the worthless customer service representative could tell me is that I needed to speak with the transactions department. After attempting to transfer me over five times, she gets on the line and tells me to call their toll free number which ends up leading me right back to an automated system! WTF?

So needless to say, I now have two credit card disputes with these idiots! I'm pretty sure that my phone service was suspended as a result of my refusal to pay for a modem that I never received! Likewise, there is no way that I'm paying for phone service that was disconnected after I paid the bill! I will be changing my phone carrier first thing tomorrow! Time for a real phone company. If you're reading this, do yourselves a favor and stay away from Cricket! They are awful.
