Pay pal wronfully froze my account permately

I listed a product to sell on eBay, which was IPod device and sold a few of them. Pay pal said it was a high risk item and froze my account after refunding all my customers. I've done well as seller and never had any complaints and always delivered my products on time. I have a main retail web store as where I have to depend on my pay pal to be paid. They began early on holding my money for 21 days until I established customers and a good rating. Moreover, forcing me to pay fees and shipping out of pocket. After, I finally pick up in volume in sales and establish a good track record, they freeze my account. They violate my privacy by closely watching all my sales and call wanting to know what products I am selling and to whom and where I get my products. They put limitations on my account constantly until they force me to keep giving them all my personal information. They refuse for me to remove my checking account and credit cards on my account or identifying information from the account so it can be closed. They leave it permanently open so they have access to everything! And I still can't use the account to get paid or send money out. I feel its identity theft and violation of my privacy.
