I ordered what I thought was going to be 2 new DVD drives for Xbox 360 consoles and a replacement laser for a dvd drive.
When I picked my package up at the post office I noticed it wasn't big enough for two drives and a laser, so sure enough when I opened it there was a missing dvd drive. No packing list also, so right away I knew I was dealing with crappy service and would likely have a hard time getting this straightened out.
The laser looked fine but I haven't tested it yet. The dvd drive, on the other hand, was clearly pulled from a used Xbox since it had lots of wear on the casing, some rust spots, and lots of dust/hair inside the drive. It worked, but they state the drive as being "new".
I don't know if anything matters since they are really based in China with fake fronts in the U.S., so BBB might not be an answer. I just hope others read these reviews before buying. I would stick to power cords or items that don't really matter in electronic devices. Stay away from anything with electronic components because it will be either used or a Chinese knock off version.
The Chinese are good at taking devices apart and reverse engineering them so they can manufacture them with their inferior components. You have been warned, so order electronics at your own risk and be ready to receive a used or knocked off inferior part.
I never wrote a bad review on anything in my life, but Gaingame pissed me off.
