I don't know what to do!

I purchased the eVision 123 electronic web-camera from AOL quite a long time before. And today it isn't allowing me reinstall it precisely, anything concerning the driver. Our OS is Windows 98 and that I cannot find something online about obtaining an updated driver and that I actually need this camera. I actually donot understand what to complete! Recommend smb plz!
