I have spent the past 4 weeks trying to collect $135.00 for a job they said they desperately needed done. I have taken over 20 jobs with them over the past 2 years and started to notice the payments were more and more delayed. The last one went over 6 days and I contact them VIA email and the did not respond for nearly two weeks. The finally paid 1/2 of the amount due about a week ago I am still owed $67.50, when I inquired why only half, I was told to contact customer service. Below is the exchange I had to get paid... UNBELIEVABLE!!!

This is really getting to be unbelievable and ridiculous. I performed a service for you in good faith, and all I expect is to get paid for services. Just like you do. Let me ask you, do you have to write a half dozen emails and make calls to receive your paycheck each week or e/o Friday? If your company needs the $67.50 that badly, keep it as a donation. Please remove my name from your database. I will write this off as lesson learned. I have enough information to file a complaint with BBB other entities to prove my point that Install It

I spoke to cust on 08/09 and we set app't for the afternoon of 08/10. Ms Epps call into ZIP and advised she will not be available this afternoon. I told the ZIP Tech I will contact Ms Epps and reschedule. I phone the customer and we
set the appoint for early evening today 08/10.
