I have recently bought from Koekraf.com, and following the receipt of the products, i have found that the company have obtained money from my account twice.
I have send them numerous emails (30) and have been trying to call them for more than a month.
I have tried to find them through facebook, and linkedin, but with no luck. They still have videos uploaded on youtube, and i have messaged them there as well, but with no response.
I have now emailed the German Consumer Protection agency and following through on this.
