When I recieved the dish, I installed it acording to their instructions. It did not work at all. When I called them they said to send it back. This I did only to have them return it to me. When I called they told me I needed an authorization number.
So for another $15 I sent it back the second time.
When no response for acouple of months, I called. The phone was disconnected. I felt my $129 was gone. A few months later there was another ad in Popular Machanics, so I called the number. I was told that my credit was going out next Friday. I did get my credit but only after a year. These guys move around and use diferent numbers.
