Delivered my HTC phone-in to HTC inside the guarantee. The telephone had a crackling audio. 4 weeks later HTC calls and informs me my telephone has water damage and also the LCD is poor and it's $190 to displace it. I told them-they should have named the incorrect individual since my telephone includes a poor audio and was never moist (2nd poor audio btw). She insisted it was my telephone plus they were maintaining it until I paid $190 to displace it. Obviously the telephone isn’t actually worth $190 and so I stated great… maintain it. I’ll never get another HTC and I’ll reveal my encounter on the web.
