Sprint sent me a broken Blackberry Curve around 2 weeks ago. After numerous hours, each day calling the customer service line and going to the customer service centers here in NYC they still have not sent me a new Curve saying they are on backorder. I can barely use my phone which has a broken trackball. Each time I call them they transfer me to about 3 or 4 different places, where I have to explain my whole story over again to people who barely speak English, which is difficult since I can not hear on my phone either, even at the highest volume. Not only is my warranty going to be up in 2 weeks, which they say they will honor but I am unsure at this point, but I also have to wait to get the new phone to mail in my $100 rebate. I am very frustrated at the amount of hours I have spent on the phone and going to the service center about this matter. The other day alone I spent over an hour on the phone. This is so frustrating. I hear that they have Curve's online on their website. I was told this by a CSR and also by someone at one of the service centers. If they have Curves for new customers why are they not sending me one, a customer for 8 years? I can not do anything with my phone and it is my only form of communication as I don't have a landline. Now they sent me a card in the mail saying that they will send me a new Curve if they become available in the next 30 days and if they don't become available I will have to call to make sure they can keep me on the list. I want Sprint to deal with this matter immediately or I am canceling everything and going to Tmobile where my 2 friends got Curves the other day that work great.
