Ceptre.com or http://www.cleansafesmoke.com are scam artists, thieves and they lie, I ordered an E-Cigarette battery DSE 801, I never received it, they lied by saying the item was not in stock, and that they had to wait to receive FROM CHINA before shipping it to me, then their excuse was the Weather was effecting shipping, then finaly after I requested the order to be canceled, they lied again about the refund which I have not received to-date, their customer service # is disconnected, they don't answer their e-mails, I believe they advertise items for sale so that they receive payments from customers and never retunr their e-mails, STAY AWAY FROM Ceptre electronics, or www.cleansafesmoke.com, it is the same company hiding behind 2 domains. I will be reporting them for fraud
