I got ripped off from orderdate. Tk

I send money via Western Union on 8/25 To:
First Name: SongLan
Last Name: Lai
Address: Suzhou District, Jinshan, Shanghai, China
Zip Code: 201500
City: Shanghai
Country: CHINA

1) I got status as pending in my account in their site (orderdate. Tk) before I send the money then,
2) I got status as processing for three days for three days then,
3) I got status as delivered for three days know! I send to them several e-mails (To: "OrderDate") asking them for track number for my order that they claim to send it to me after they receive money transfer but unfortunately; no emails to answer for me at all since they got my money.
(I am disappointed, they making me lose my trust in internet shopping!)... How can we let them operate as such!
