I have sent this company several emails regarding the payment owed to me for my iPhone 3gS. The phone was received, tested, and passed their quality tests. I have also gone through their online transaction status and online customer service system several times. It is now going on 7 to 8 months. I have researched and there are numerous complaints about people in this exact situation.
This is my 5th transaction with this company since and I have always been pleased and recommended their cell phone buyback service. However, my recent experience with cell4cash is equal to theft or fraud.
