It was the wrong one i call them and they refuse to come

I purchased a machine/dryer at computer richards and boy, it was for sale i paid $1175.55 the contains five guarantee, funds were produced in instalments, since I really couldnot afford to help make the complete payment. I visited choose it up and it they explained it was offered, however they may substitute it using the precise one they contact another area plus they had it, they provide iton 07/26. I wasn't athome when igot house it was the incorrect one i contact them-and they WOn't come and obtain it. I am Angry and that I cannot use it I'd like what i paid for.
