A few months back I had Progear repair two of my sony trv 900 camcorders. They sent them back pretty quickly (a month or so) repaired they said. They had definatly been worked on since a few of the problems I had been having were no longer a problem. But there were still a few. Namely the first few minutes (up to 10) of the recordings were very jumpy. So after sending them back (they have had them since June 28th) I have had no contact with them, despite calling and emailing them. And now their phone number is disconected. So now they have my two camcorders. I am a very small business owner and these are my bread and butter. So you can imaging my frustration.
