This is real simple. Check into Dish Network and Echostar. How is it possible all of these things are going on yet the GOV does nothing? If I was to charge your credit card or do some of the things DN has I would have been thrown in jail?
I had Dish. I canceled when they refused to fix a receiver that was still under warranty. They would not even consider it. I think it's because I only had 5 days left at the time. Well, they talked and talked and had me call back again. The next thing you know it's 6 days later and now they say it's no longer on warranty.
I sure had many, many clients that had problems with them. Especially on their deceptive advertising. They titer on the legal side of false advertising. Then to boot, in some cases, they make the retailer responsible for there doings.
DN is a bad choice from a retailer standpoint, an installer standpoint, and from a user.
I now watch 3 channels only using my handy outside antenna. I have no problem with it because the aggravation is not worth it.
