Sprint Service is terrible. I have had Sprint for atleast one year. The signal coverage was poor and I was frequently dropped. I was told that there were new towers being installed. I was told that I needed new software... Which I had upgraded. I was finally told that I needed a new phone, which I purchased. None of the coverage problems were corrected.
Charges! I was charged for time of plan. I have no idea what my minutes are because the service would not provide me the minutes ultilized for the billing month (the service is supposed to be provided). Therefore, when I exceed the plan, I am charged... And Charged dearly!
Service: Expect to get a real person about 20% of the time... Then only when waiting for 30-45 minutes, perhaps hours.
Quitting the plan: I got charged $150 for disconnecting! Charged for 2 phones, an extra month of service (it took 2 months to have the service discontinued, then only after I elected not to pay the bill until I talked to a person)
I hope this report helps someone not to get burned by sprint pcs.
