Sarah "customer service" rip-off, defective products, return policy

I ordered a new drum for my printer/fax. Tried to save a little money by ordering refurbished after reading that they were just as good as new ones. Got mine, tried it, did not work. Called "customer service" and they spoke very rudely & condescendingly, as if I were stupid. She told me there was a certain % fail rate and that she would send a return authorization. I had to email several times to finally receive it 2 weeks later after being told that it took "72 hours" to process. Then they tell me that I am responsible for shipping charges to send back their defective drum. They are now claiming "user error" as reason for the return. I will never again purchase from them and I will tell everyone I know not to as well. I also filed a complaint with the BBB. I noticed there were several complaints there as well as other websites. Wish I had looked them up before I bought. Never again.
