My brother, who has learning disabilities joined their club. Once he ordered $200.00 worth of CD's. I then found out he ordered more so I e-mailed and wrote the company to cancel the order.
Two weeks later he received a bill for the CD's. $150.00!! There was no phone number written on the bill so I looked it up on my computer and found five numbers. All of which were NOT toll free. I called each number twice, got a live person only three times, all of which I was told that the ones who answered are just operators and are not allowed to transfer me to a live person.
Finally after thirty minutes of phone calls I receive the same address I had previously sent the letter to. I have sent three more letters and two more e-mails still with no response from them. Just wanted to warn you all.
