As it appears from the list of other complaints against AntOnLine, here's my experience. I purchased a wireless home phone from them. When I received the phone, it was very clear that it was not a new unit given the fact that none of the contents were individually packaged and they had been simply shoved back into the box. Other than someone's name and phone number listed on the back of the phone it cosmetically appeared to be in good shape. After numerous attempts to get it to work, I called AntOnLine to get an RMA. I was told that I would be paying the cost of shipping the unit back to them despite the fact it was clearly a returned and repackaged unit. Their justification for having me pay the return costs was based on the fact that if I purchased this from a store I would be responsible for having to spend my time and money driving back to the store to return the unit. When talking with their customer service agent it became very clear that this was a "take it or leave it" policy. I sent an email to Amazon.com advising them of this issue and received a response that stated the issue was between myself and AntOnLine, despite the fact that they openly advertise and encourage users to utilize their "Resolutions Process".
