Efrigerator section stopped cooling

We bought a Maytag base-fridge-cabinet refrigerator #MBL2256KES5 only a little over this past year on-line from HomeDepot.com for $1300 plus fees. The most effective component ceased cooling 26 times after dark one-year guarantee time. After waiting on-hold for half an hour, I had been merely informed there is "nothing we are able to do."

Really? This is actually the best they are able to do? Yes, it's. They did provide to plan a fix - using what should be a very-very-very-hectic Maytag repairman, not the "unhappy" one you might have observed on the advertisements. I rejected.

Since I am studying numerous sites, I discover our situation is clearly much better than typical, with many having a variety of issues with their Maytag equipment throughout the one-year warranty period. (We did not purchase the warranty since customers' supporter teams regularly suggest against it.) Pity on-US for not watching these printed horror tales BEFORE we purchased.
