In January I'd my Cabrio (Design: WTW6400SW2) fixed for that quality problem which was leading to the F51 error signal. After coping with the terror that's the company (who they do not let you know is jointly-owned by sears & whirlpool) they utilize (who had been a no-show after which lied about contacting us) I increased after having waited over 3 months and had an area technician below to displace the control cell (it required fifteen minutes as a whole) which was evidently at fault. Sadly we are today at the conclusion of May — only 4 weeks later... And you know what code I am receiving again... F51. I named Whirlpool Customer Support and after resting on-hold for 48 units (fascinating how each time you contact regardless of evening or period they're experiencing greater then regular phone lists) to discover they were not likely to remain behind the things they did... That within their head they set the standard problem. If within their thoughts the fix was designed to last 4 weeks... That is clearly a quality problem in my experience. I've numerous people who bought this washer due to me, and also to make sure I'll be promoting the entire reverse later on. I'll never purchase Whirlpool or Maytag (that similarly hurts) again. That which was also unique was that after I published a remark for their facebook site... They removed it... Imagine they do not need folks understanding the reality... They've overlooked that it's ladies who create equipment buying choices... Plus they way they are doing that's by speaking with different ladies...
