My husband and I sent our old iPhones here in September after reading an article on a reputable website that suggested it.
When we check the transaction on their website, it says it has been processed but no check has been cut. Note that it has been nearly a year.
Their site does not include a real e-mail address or a phone number for customer service. Wish I had noticed that before I wasted my time and money on them.
