I ordered electronic equipment that came damaged and nonfunctional - obviously previously used. I returned the equipment. When I called and asked about the refund they told me I would have to supply hard evidence that the equipment was damaged. Luckily I had taken pictures of the chips and damage before I returned it. They refunded my credit card less 20% restocking which amounted to $139. When I called and complained they told me they would mail me a check for the difference - which never came and they now are unreachable. When I mentioned lodging a complaint with my credit card they said it was unnecessary and I had 6 months to do that. They managed to stall for over the time limit to contest charges - which I now found out is 60 days from the original purchase. They are definitely scam artists.
