On 01/26/04 I got a Orion 13 inch televison. At Walmart Store # 1853 product serial # 053231076859. It came with out the remote, but I was ok with that, then the SOUND didn't work. So I took my recite and went to trade it in. I tryed to other televisons (at the store) and both were with out sound. So I ask for my money back and the lady said I could only get store credit becouse the remote was missing, and I told her it came like that. And I have the recite. But I was fine with store credit intell she said I could only use my store credit in the electronices department. I do not understand why the televison had no remote to begin with, I have a recite, and I am with in 30 days of returning the protect. On top of this I can not seem to find any type of conplants department. I talk to the manger James Talkington at the store and he was of no help. And now I still own a televison with no remote, or sound.
