HGK, I placed order the next day order does not exist

I recently placed an order through hkbeng.com for 5 tablet pc. I paid for my order recieved an invoice and a tracking number. Next thing I know I get an email from the company stating my package was held up in customs and they would need more money for an export.

Turns out the tracking number did not exist. They order number did not exist as well, which mean I was frauded out of $305.
