Description of Item: Two Sony SPP-H273 2.4 Ghz. Cordless Phone Handsets—Description of Transaction: eBay Item #3059051406
On 11/14 I purchased the items on an ebay auction. I sent a personal check for full payment of $98 which included shipping. I still have not received my merchandise. I have all correspondence (31 emails) in which I inquire about the auction. My check cleared on November 26th and I have the canceled check with their endorsement stamp on the back. They state that they shipped them items then retract that statement as if they don't
know what auction I am talking about. They state in the auction that items are to be shipped by UPS, but cannot provide a tracking #. I have emails from other customers stating that they are having the same problem with this seller. They have lost up to $750 per auction. They don't answer repeated phone calls. I am losing money with each long distance phone call to them.
Description of how you were defrauded:
I paid $98 dollars. They cashed my personal check. I wrote on the check in the memo line that it was "payment for auction #3059051406 Two Sony SPP-H273 2.4Ghz Cordless Phone Handset". They never mailed my merchandise and continue to ignore repeated attempts to contact them.
