I ordered a pair of Panasonic noise cancelling headphones from beachaudio.com, via buy.com, on 2/8 and opted for expediting shipping. As of 2/15 my order had still yet to ship so I contacted the seller, via email, asking for an update. I checked the order status on buy.com today, 2/16, and saw that it had been cancelled. This occurred without anything being communicated to me as the customer. Of course they had no problem charging my credit card for something I'm never going to receive. Save yourself time and aggravation by looking elsewhere for your electronic needs; don't make the same mistake as me.
