She is targeting the customers who made a credit cardpayment through her merchant account. 2. This is a violation of our business agreement and has to come to a stop right NOW! She has to issue the refundthrough the merchant bank, this came from an EDT customer that spokewith Marilyn and her merchant bank. 3. She has been avoiding EDT's requests to refund our customers their money. She is receiving money from the merchant and not refunding our customers their money. At this point we are privileged to who has not been refunded their money. Marilyn has made all types of accusations in which she accuses EDT of having our customers' money and being the reason why you have not received your refund, all of her accusations are not true. The fact remains that the funds were processed via her merchant account; she has the money and has never produced the phones or the service that we paid for.
