OCM they sent 2 DVDs that are unplayable and produce an error report in the DVD player. I have emailed severl times for replacements with no response

I ordered 2 DVDs from urban classicmovies.com that are hard to find. They sent them but they are unplayable and produce an error report from the DVD player. I have emailed them several times with no response. They provided no phone number or physical address. I found an aka name for them as OCM and an p.O. Box address and phone number for them in Parker Colorado from BBB website. There have been other compaints against them and there BBB grade is F.
