Tvdvdcloseout Ordered complete set of DVDs but have received NOTHING and am unable to reach them

I recently ordered via internet a complete set of Dharma and Greg DVDs. I have not received them

I did receive an email with a tracking # but when I tried to get to that website it kept saying TRY LATER... NOT AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME.

I could not find a phone # to contact them.

My credit card has been charged with an amount including foreign exchange which I was surprised at because I actually thought I was ordering in CANADA where I live.
