I ordered a light bar for volunteer firefighter use. The bar came and didn't work. I called the number listed and after about 10 tries, someone finally answered. He just said send it back to our address on the invoice and then we will upgrade free of charge. I sent it back and have not heard a thing from them. It has been about 3 weeks. They will not email me back, return messages, or talk to me when I call. They always tell me I need to talk to someone different so I have to call back. I am completely frustrated!!! I think they knew the lights were defective and this was their work around to satisfy a customer during the Christmas holidays.
I do not think they will correct my order at this rate. I do believe I will need to take action with my credit card company to get my money back as I cannot even get through to anyone at this point.
