I spent almost $1000 on a Canon camera "package" on 11/17. When I did not receive my order, I started calling the company. First they keep putting you back on hold over and over again, you can tell because the music stops and it sounds like someone is there and suddenly the music starts again. Half the time they just hang up on you or lie.
Every time I do talk with someone they say that their merchant account has been frozen and that this has happened to them before and reassure me that they will be back up and running in a "couple of weeks." When I call back it's the same story over again.
I called their sales department and found out that they are still selling under a different name and their website is still alive and active. Help, I need help!
